Changing or cancelling an order
If you got a little excited (and who could blame you?) and clicked the order button too early, and you want to cancel or change your order no problem! As long as the order has not yet shipped, we will do our best to accommodate any changes you wish to make. Reach out to orders@bygoneapothecary.com as soon possible to make sure you catch us before your order ships - we move fast!
Custom orders, once submitted, may be subject to additional fees if changes are required.
Damages and other issues with your order
We make every effort to ensure that all orders arrive at your mailbox beautifully, correctly, and securely packaged. However, sometimes packages get tossed around or sometimes a bottle seal will fail. If your package arrives and something has leaked or broken (or is otherwise in an unacceptable condition), please contact us right away at help@bygoneapothecary.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Be sure to include your order number in the email, and attaching pictures is always helpful!
If you aren't satisfied with the products you receive for any reason, please reach out to us at help@bygoneapothecary.com so we can make it right.
Exchanges
If you accidentally ordered the wrong thing or changed your mind after the cancellation window, we will gladly accept a return of the original items to ensure you get what you wanted. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Due to the nature of our products, returns will only be accepted if the products are unopened with any shrink wrap, bottle liners etc still intact.
To start a return, you can contact us at orders@bygoneapothecary.com with the subject "RETURN; ORDER ######". If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
